DO NOT PURCHASE THE 8th EDITION NRP ESSENTIALS. *Once you have completed Part 1, you have 90 days to complete Part 2.

NRP 8th Edition Advanced Provider Course Information
The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) prepares Students on managing and prioritizing care for a newborn with complications. This course highly emphasizes the importance of team-based resuscitation.

NRP has been reformatted to utilize a blended learning format which involves an online portion and an in-person instructor-led portion. The new 8th Edition ADVANCED Provider course is made up of 2 Parts:

Part 1- Complete the NRP 8TH EDITION ADVANCED PROVIDER ONLINE PART 1. This includes the online written exam and course evaluation. Student must bring the ADVANCED Provider Completion Certificate to class to participate in the instructor-led Skills Session. ADVANCED Provider Online Key to access NRP ADVANCED Online Course Part 1 is not included.

CEs Available

Student receives CEs from BOTH The CPR Lady Training Center and American Academy of Pediatrics depending on profession.

The CPR Lady Training Center has been accredited as an Authorized Provider to offer CEs to Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics (Medic), Pharmacists (RPh), Physician Assistants (PA), Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP or RT), Registered Nurses (RN) and Nurse Practitioners (NP)

Student must request CEs from The CPR Lady at the time of class, state their profession, give their license number, and sign the CE Roster. CEs cannot be issued after the class is completed and closed.

The American Academy of Pediatrics is authorized to offer ACCME Credit Designation Statement to Physicians (MD), ACCME Credit Designation Statement to Physician Assistants (PA), NAPNAP Credit Designation Statement to Nurse Practitioners (NP), ANCC Credit Designation Statement to Registered Nurses (RN), CRCE Credit Designation Statement to Respiratory Therapists (RCP or RT), ACCME continuing education units to Midwife Providers, and CAPCE Continuing Education Accreditation to Emergency Medical Services (EMT and Medic) for the NRP Advanced Provider Course
